Giving Back and Keeping Austin Weird

who we are

We’re a community of pickleball enthusiasts on a mission to preserve the spirit of “Keep Austin Weird” by celebrating creativity, individuality, and community care.

We come together to enjoy the fun of pickleball while supporting initiatives that help disabled and isolated seniors in Austin. This is an opportunity to rise up, connect, and be part of a community taking action to keep Austin vibrant and wonderfully weird.

Let’s show our seniors they’re not forgotten. We appreciate them and all the they’ve contributed to the spirit of our city. Learn more about the Joy for Seniors initiative below.

registration fees

$100 per 2-player team

format

Two-man team tournament, co-ed, open to all skill levels.
Round-robin style, rally point scoring. Every team will play at least 4 games.

Prizes

Players from the winning team score a 2-month membership to Eastside Paddle Club (valued at $300 each)!

Joy for Seniors

Bringing joy to the lives of disabled seniors in Austin

This tournament is dedicated to supporting the well-being of disabled and economically disadvantaged seniors in Austin. The Austinites who have contributed so much to the spirit of our city and deserve the opportunity to live with dignity in the winter of their lives.

Proceeds from the upcoming tournament will support Joy for Seniors, a nonprofit initiative bringing joy and promoting dignity among seniors in low-income, long-term care facilities in Austin.
